Staff Online Timesheet Instructions

These Instructions and FAQs are for Agency Staff

  1. We are now using Online Timesheets at some facilities. The Timesheet link is on the Shift Confirmation Email.
  2. Online Timesheets need to be authorised at the end of each shift. “From” / “To” / Mins Break fields can be edited.
  3. Authorisation: At the end of each shift, you need to have the Authoriser enter a PIN.

FAQs

The authoriser on site doesn't have a PIN
  • Contact Access Healthcare Consultant.
  • Please inform the Booking Contact that the shift was worked.
  • Access Healthcare will contact the Booking Contact to verify.
Direct booking and there is no online timesheet
  • Contact your Access Healthcare consultant to inform them that you have been directly booked.
  • Give them the name of the person who booked you.
  • Your consultant will email you an online timesheet link.
Unable to submit the timesheet (mobile phone isn't working)
  • Contact Access Healthcare Consultant.
  • Please inform the Booking Contact that the shift was worked.
  • Access Healthcare will contact the Booking Contact to verify.
Incorrect times / breaks
  • Adjust the time before handing your phone to the Authoriser to enter the PIN.
  • If time is submitted with incorrect hours or breaks, contact Access Healthcare.
  • Please inform the Authoriser of the correct times / breaks.
  • Access Healthcare will contact the Booking Contact to verify.
You are asked by the client to change ward or house
  • If you move to a different ward or house. You need a new online timesheet. The PIN will not work.
  • Contact your Access Healthcare consultant who will issue you a new online timesheet.
