How do I register with you?
Please visit our Register Now page in order to register. Simply submit this to us with the other required documentation – you will find a full list of what you need to do.
How and when do I get paid?
Fill out a timesheet for each shift you work. Then get it signed by a senior member of staff in that Healthcare facility. Send a copy of this via email to timesheets@accesshealthcare.co.uk.
The deadline for timesheets is 11pm Monday for each week worked. You receive an automated response to confirm that we got it. We pay you the following Friday directly into your bank account.
How do I fill in my timesheet?
Enter the date and hours worked. Record the breaks you took. Note that a 60-minute break is automatically deducted. So if you took less than that or no break, cross out the 60 minutes and note the actual length of your break.
Get all shift details authorised by a senior member of staff at the end of your shift by getting the relevant areas signed.
If you want to delay your payment please record this clearly on the timesheet by writing the date for payment in the right-hand column.
Please be very careful when completing your timesheet, as any errors will delay your payment to the following week.
